SELLU LATAM INC. is referred to herein as "Sell-U Agency" or "The Site" and the Buyer of the Site as "Buyers" www.selluagency.com is regulated and operated by SELLU LATAM INC., a business corporation domiciled in the United States of America. Those Buyers who choose to access the Site from other countries do so on their own initiative. It is their responsibility to abide by applicable local laws. Any claim relating to the use of the Site and the material contained therein is governed by U.S. law.

Buyers accessing www.selluagency.com from countries other than the United States may make purchases subject to U.S. regulations.

By accessing the Site, Buyers acknowledge that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter ("Terms and Conditions"). Therefore, assume the obligation to abide by its contents, privacy policy, legal notices, and all disclaimers contained therein.

• An Order is marked as finalized after the information is sent by the authorized means. It is understood as accepted if the Buyer does not send any modification request within 3 days after the order was sent.
• If the Buyer presents a non-conformity with the service received, we will try by all means to resolve the non-conformity. In case it is not possible, we will generate the cancellation of the service, and we will make the reimbursement to which there is a place.

5.5. Order Handling. Once the Buyer purchases a service, the Buyer must take into account:

Any act of copying, reproduction, modification, creation of derivative works, sale or distribution, display of the Contents, in any manner or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, without the prior written permission of www.selluagency.com or the copyright holder, is prohibited.
In no event do these Terms and Conditions confer any rights, licenses and/or authorizations to perform the acts described above. On the other hand, the Contents delivered as work to the Buyers by the professionals of www.selluagency.com, will become property of the Buyer responsible for the purchase, likewise the Buyer guarantees that he owns the audiovisual material such as trademarks or the Buyer ensures that he has permission to use the material and exonerates www.selluagency.com from any liability, likewise SELLU LATAM INC reserves the right to use all publicly published works for promotional and marketing purposes of www.selluagency.com.
13. Advertising and Links. 15. Disclaimer of Liability.
